Yerba Mate

Yerba Mate comes from a plant in the holy family. It is grown in Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. Ours comes from Brazil. While not considered a tea it does contain caffiene. It also contains vitaminss, minerals and anitoxidants. It has an herbal or grassy flavor that is similar to that of green tea. Yerba Mate is great hot or cold.
